Chase was incredibly responsive and patient with us as we went through multiple iterations of what we wanted (expanding scope!)- even days before new concrete patio was poured, allowing to expand patio beyond original ask.  They were willing (and ultimately able) to reuse existing metal railings to help save money on the budget.  They kept us well informed of the process, what was happening when.  After the build was complete we noticed one board that was pulling up and not secured- they came out and took care of fixing it right away.
